A coating is only as good as what's underneath. Every DiamondFinish floor is built in four layers, the same way on every job.

Diamond grinding
Industrial grinders with diamond tooling open up the concrete so the coating bonds for good. Dust is vacuumed at the source.

Repair & base coat
Cracks and pits are filled, the slab is moisture-tested, then a 100% solids epoxy base coat goes down.

Flake, quartz or metallic
Your finish is broadcast or hand-poured into the wet base, in the color blend you picked from real samples.

UV-stable topcoat
A clear polyaspartic topcoat seals it all in. It's high-gloss, easy to clean and won't yellow in the sun.

How long does a garage floor take?
Most one- and two-car garages are finished in a single day. You can walk on the floor that evening and park on it after 24 hours.
Will the coating yellow or peel in the Florida sun?
Our polyaspartic topcoats are UV-stable, so they stay clear. Peeling almost always comes from poor prep or trapped moisture, which is why we diamond-grind and moisture-test every slab before we coat it.
What's the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?
Epoxy builds a thick, tough base coat. Polyaspartic cures fast, stays flexible and doesn't yellow, which makes it the ideal topcoat. We use each where it performs best.
How much does an epoxy floor cost?
It depends on the size, the condition of the concrete and the finish you choose. Every estimate is free, on site and in writing, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
Is a glossy floor slippery?
Flake and quartz floors have natural texture, and we can add a fine anti-slip grit to the topcoat for pool decks, ramps and anywhere that gets wet.
What warranty do you offer?
Residential floors carry a 15-year warranty against peeling and delamination. Commercial systems are warranted to match their use and traffic.
